Hongming Zhuang, MD, PhD

Dr. Zhuang is an Attending Radiologist within the Division of Nuclear Medicine and a Professor of Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his Medical Degree from Beijing Medical University in China and completed a Nuclear Medicine Residency and Fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He additionally holds a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Medicine from Beijing Medical University in China. He holds board certification in Nuclear Medicine.

Dr. Zhuang serves as a Manuscript Reviewer for 12 different journals and an Editorial Board Member for the Open Journal of Medical Imaging, the International Journal of Cancer Therapy and Oncology, the Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, and the Indian Journal of Nuclear Medicine. He has been invited to give lectures national and internationally. He has published over 300 papers, reviews, and editorials and is an author on over 200 abstracts presented at national and international conferences.
